Will Jones

Will Jones oversees the day to day operation of the business. Having originally completed an apprenticeship in the motor vehicle industry, he moved into the construction industry. Here Will built on his original practical skills as well as developing those to run a business. He helped set up Heritage Project Contracts in early 2012. He is now an experienced heritage project manager who is able to deliver high quality conservation services to clients, contractors and local authorities. His key skill is developing and managing delivery teams on projects undertaking conservation and restoration services to agreed quality standards whilst maintaining programme requirements. Working with key clients across the UK, Will has completed conservation projects for many prestigious clients.


Richard Baister

Richard Baister is a PACR Accredited Conservator and an Experienced Project Manager (APM) with a wealth of knowledge of complex heritage projects. Working on a significant number of major projects across the UK, he has delivered innovative heritage solutions which both respect the cultural heritage and deliver to clients requirements of programme, cost and quality. His key skills are engaging with a client's aspirations, developing solutions that can be delivered by the project team and reducing the inherent risk within heritage projects.


Peter Meehan

Peter Meehan is an accredited conservator of ICON (Institute of Conservation) and works with Heritage Project Contracts as a consultant. Peter has over 30 years experience working in the heritage sector, both public and private. His key skills include assessing object conditions and developing appropriate conservation solutions, detailing treatment specifications, preparing costings and finalising conservation reports. Peter has particular experience of working with historic metals and has been involved in many high profile conservation projects across the UK.


Keith Duckett

Keith is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Heritage Project Contracts Workshop. He has a wealth of practical experience from working over many years on both construction and restoration sites. Keith has utilised these skills managing the flow of conservation works through an often busy workshop. Recent projects include the regeneration works to Alexandra Park, the refurbishment works to Manchester Library and conservation of numerous heritage pieces from Oldham Town Hall.
